UPDATE: Suspected Lynnwood Car Thief Captured Police need the public’s help in locating Andrew Wayne Holden, a 32 year-old from Snohomish. Holden is wanted for investigation of several vehicle thefts in Lynnwood, Holden also has an outstanding warrant for his arrest from the Department of Corrections. Holden is described as a white male with brown, short hair and brown eyes He is about 5’ 10” about 150 pounds. Holden has prominent tattoos around the back and sides of his neck. Anyone with information about Holden should call 911.
