The Lynnwood Police Department offers this program to assist in the recovery of memory-impaired persons who are lost or have wandered away from their residences or caregivers. This program supplies qualified citizens with identification wristbands. The program is available to dementia patients residing within the City of Lynnwood and is a free service of the Lynnwood PD.
