Memory Impaired Assistance Program (MIAP)
The Lynnwood Police Department offers this program to assist in the recovery of memory-impaired persons who are lost or have wandered away from their residences or caregivers. This program supplies qualified citizens with identification wristbands. The program is available to dementia patients residing within the City of Lynnwood and is a free service of the Lynnwood PD. Vacation House Checks
The Lynnwood Police Department offers vacation house checks as a service to City residents. If you are interested in this free service, please print this form, complete all required information, and bring it to the front counter of the Department. You can also mail it to the Department. Call 425 744-6900 or 425 744-6938 if you have questions and when you return so the Department will stop checking your home.
