Mortenson Construction has begun site preparation and installed perimeter fencing. Construction activity will begin in February, including demolition, delivery of supplies and materials, and increased construction vehicle activity.

- Other recreation activities are being held at the NAB or the Lynnwood Senior Center.

Darlene Septelka and Rick Whitworth of Seattle's Landon Construction Group, LLC are providing project management services for the Rec Center renovation. They act as the owner (City) representatives for the project with other contractors and consultants.
Darlene brings over 35 years of owner and project management experience, with a diverse background of services and project types. She is a strong leader in managing teams of owners, contractors, designers and consultants.
Over the past 12 years, Rick has worked on both sides of the building process - in architecture as well as general contracting. His background provides alternative project delivery strategies and strong client service.
