Streetlight Outages
The City of Lynnwood and the Snohomish Public Utilities District have an agreement for the responsibility of maintaining the streetlights in Lynnwood. If there is a streetlight out in your neighborhood please follow this link for information on reporting it.
Annual Water Quality Report
Every year the City of Lynnwood publishes the Annual Water Quality Report, which is mailed to every billing address in our Utilities System. This report provides important information regarding the source, treatment and results of state and federal regulatory testing.

Wastewater Comprehensive Plan
The 2005 Wastewater Comprehensive Plan for the City of Lynnwood addresses the City’s comprehensive planning needs for wastewater collection, transmission, treatment, and disposal for the next 20 years. Development of the Plan has been coordinated with the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Snohomish County planning efforts, the City’s Water System Plan, and City Center Plan.

Water System Plan
The City of Lynnwood Water System Plan (Plan) provides a long-term planning strategy for the City’s water system over the 6- and 20-year planning periods. The objectives of this Plan are to evaluate the performance and adequacy of the existing City of Lynnwood water system, to determine what will be necessary to meet the infrastructure demands for the next 20 years, and to identify compliance issues that may affect operation of the water system. The Plan was prepared in accordance with the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 246-290.
