As part of a collaborative effort with the City of Lynnwood to reduce the need for animal sheltering services, PAWS is once again promoting the annual Spay Day event that offers lower-cost spay/neuter to citizens.

Last year 64 Lynnwood residents took advantage of the low-cost surgeries offered at the PAWS clinic. Spay Day involves private veterinary clinics as well as the PAWS clinic, thus expanding this service to all residents regardless of income because the goal is to have fewer unplanned litters of kittens and puppies each year.
