Patch Collectors We receive so many requests for patches that it would be extremely costly for the Police Department to accommodate them all. Therefore, we only trade patches with others in Law Enforcement. If you have a patch to trade you will find the instructions on the web site by clicking on the patch on the left-hand blue bar. If you do not, please do not make a request to me and accept my apologies.
