  1. If there is a life threatening situation 911.
  2. For flooding, road washed away, debris on the road, clogged drains, ice on the road call 425-670-6644 or 425-775-1971.
  3. If flood water is entering your house, hit the circuit breaker to turn off electricity in flooded rooms. If flooding is rising in house and getting close to gas pilot lights (such as a water heater) , turn off the gas to the house. The gas company will have to be called out to turn the gas back on. Gas: Puget Sound Energy, 10606 NE 4th St, Bellevue 98009, 1-888-225-5773.
  4. If electric lines are down call PUD at 425-670-3200.
  5. If a traffic light malfunctions call 425-670-6663 (Traffic Engineer) or 425-670-6637 (Asst. Traffic Engineer) or 425-670-6140 (the traffic technicians). After 5:00 p.m. reports of malfunctions should be made to the police department at 425-775-1976.
