Lynnwood's 50th Come Join the Party!

Our Mission is for all people who live, work, and visit Lynnwood to celebrate the City’s 50th birthday with a year-long celebration commencing April 23, 2009 and culminating April 23, 2010.

The year-long celebration will consist of events and activities that:

  • Create civic pride;
  • Are possible through community partnerships (residents, businesses, volunteers, schools, churches, civic groups);
  • Honor our history; and/or create a legacy for our future.

50th Birthday Merchandise

Blankets, youth ball caps, and lapel pins will be sold at the 4th of July Star Spangled Celebration, Wonderstage, Shakespeare in the Park, and the Recreation Center.
