 Come Join the Party!
Our Mission is for all people who live, work, and visit Lynnwood to celebrate the City’s 50th birthday with a year-long celebration commencing April 23, 2009 and culminating April 23, 2010.
The year-long celebration will consist of events and activities that:
- Create civic pride;
- Are possible through community partnerships (residents, businesses, volunteers, schools, churches, civic groups);
- Honor our history; and/or create a legacy for our future.

Oral History Project
Projects include creating a commemorative book, assembling a digital photo collection with captions, and creating an audio and visual video of recorded interviews
