Classes at the Recreation Center
Over 40 talented instructors teach over 250 visual, performing, literary arts classes for adults and children like ballet, ballroom dancing, drawing, and ceramics.

Shakespeare In The Park  

Wednesdays & Thursdays at 7pm

Lynndale Park Amphitheater
Free outdoor performances of Shakespeare’s plays in the summer.  Past shows included A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Twelfth Night, and many other audience favorites.

Lynnwood Senior Center Exhibits
The Lynnwood Arts Commission is accepting applications for 3-4 month long exhibits of artwork at the Lynnwood Senior Center. There is no age restriction and no deadline to apply.  Applications are reviewed as they come in.

Lynnwood Convention Center Exhibits

We would like to invite visual artists in Washington to exhibit in this beautiful modern facility.  A panel drawn from the convention center, city government and arts professionals will select artists for continuing exhibitions. See application for deadlines.

Public Art
Throughout City of Lynnwood’s buildings and parks you will find 23 site-specific sculptures and a portable collection of over 110 works (appraised at over $800,000).  We offer educational guided tours of the collection.  Funded by a “1% for the arts” Ordinance.
