Mission       

Lynnwood Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts - creating a healthy community through people, parks, programs and partnerships.

Parks

The City of Lynnwood maintains 351 acres of developed parks, trails, civic grounds and open space.

Recreation Programs

The City of Lynnwood offers a wide variety of programs for pre-schoolers, youth, teens, adults, seniors and the entire family!  In addition to swim lessons and athletic leagues, we offer numerous art class and activities as well as annual special events!  We encourage you to start something new!

Parks and Recreation Board

The Lynnwood Parks and Recreation Board serves as an advisory body to the City of Lynnwood.  The Board's duties include advising and making recommendations to the Mayor, City Council, staff and other Boards and Commissions in the City with regard to parks, open space and recreation services and programs for the City of Lynnwood and the City's urban growth area.

Senior Center

The Lynnwood Senior Center provides educational, social, recreational and volunteer opportunities as well as social services, wellness activities and travel for adults over 55 years of age in Lynnwood.

Golf Course

The Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course is a 75-acre, 18-hole course operated for year-round play. 

The Pro Shop provides clothing and equipment sales, lessons and clinics, and tournament play.
